SHIPPING AND RETURNS

At present we are pleased to ship within the UK and the EU.

CARRIAGE CHARGES

England, Wales and Scotland (exluding : Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight).
The minimum delivery charge via a  courier service is £12.00.  This covers up to 20 x 9cm pots or 10 x 1.5l pots (or a combination).  Additional plants are charged at 50p/9cm pot or £1/1.5 litre.

Parcels can be sent to any address within the stated area. The courier requires a signature on delivery; where the customer requires delivery without a signature we can leave a parcel in a safe place. However, in these circumstances we accept no liability once a parcel has left the nursery.

For all other delivery charges, we will be happy to quote according to the order.

Prices in this catalogue are for established pot grown plants.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

We believe that all plants sent out by us are of good quality and true to name. On receipt, plants should be unpacked and inspected. If the plants are damaged or unacceptable to you, please contact us. We will always endeavour to resolve any complaint quickly and to your satisfaction, by replacing plants or offering a refund. We may ask for the plants to be returned. Plants may fail due to neglect, poor planting or unsuitable conditions and we will therefore only accept complaints made within a week of delivery.
