Rosmarinus

Rosmarinus is one of the must useful shrubs and herbs. It is easy to grow given full sun and well drained soil. It is evergreen, fragrant and often flowers during winter and early spring. Colours range from dark blue to pale blue, pink and white.Rosemary is a widely used culinary herb, especially with lamb, Mediterranean vegetables, tomato sauces and egg dishes. Other uses include adding sprigs to a fire or barbecue; in herbal shampoos or as a hair tonic for dark hair. It also has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
